disappointing experience with rude staff
rude personnel delayed room
i had some real issues . the reception staff were quite rude and didn't seem interested in helping. i asked for an early check-in, but nobody responded and my room wasn't ready even by 3 pm. the staff didn't apologize, and they seemed annoyed when i asked about it so i did not enjoy it

i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the buffet restaurant offered a wide array of options for both breakfast and dinner.
the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours.

fantastic Dead Sea Getaway
convenient parking wide selection private beach access
the valet parking made arrival and departure hassle-free. i found a wide selection of items at the gift shopwith some good specials. the private beach access to the dead sea was a major plus, and i loved that view and setting!
the gym had only a limited selection of equipment

the pool area included multiple pools, one being an infinity pool, providing relaxation opportunities. guests can access a private beach area directly from the hotel. i noticed convenient valet parking services are also available for easy arrival and departure.

the rooms feature comfortable beds and modern amenities. each room had a balcony, which provides a nice outdoor space. housekeeping maintained the rooms daily. the rooms also have a mini-fridge to store refreshments.

i ate at the buffet breakfast and found many options. the staff in the dining area looked helpful and accommodating. the hotel had multiple restaurants, which offer diverse culinary experiences .

the front desk staff was available 24/7. i encountered friendly staff throughout the hotel, always ready to assist with requests. concierge services seemed available to help with planning and any special arrangements needed.

a magical escape!
spacious room friendly staff direct access
the room was really spacious and very clean. i noticed that the staff were friendly. they always made an effort to get to know all guests. i loved that there was direct access from the hotel right to the dead sea!!!
i found only one minor issue. the hotel was very secure. at the gate, details were requested and the car was checked, it took quite a while.

breakfast offered a good buffet. dinner was also good. the food was AMAZING!!! a great variety ensured everyone found something they liked and the quality was superb. i appreciated the freshness.

the hotel provides direct access to a private beach. lifeguards are present at the dead sea. they assist guests with mud baths and photography. there were female staff to assist ladies too. this created a safe environment.

I enjoyed my time here. The breakfast buffet offered plentiful options with good quality. The hotel provided easy access to the Dead Sea with elevators and beach access. Staff members were helpful and attentive at the beach.
I found limited cocktail options available at the bar. The bartender seemed unfamiliar with some classic drinks. This impacted my evening enjoyment.
